Part of the 2 Thessalonians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Today we will study 3 aspects of Paul’s spiritual prayer so that God would be glorified by our prayers. May we hear God’s Holy Sprit convict us on the subject of prayer and pray spiritual prayers for the good of the believer and the glory of God.

2 Thessalonians 1:11–12 (Listen)

11 To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, 12 so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
