Today we will consider the definition, characteristics, and causes of apostasy so that we would hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering.

1. Persecution
2. False teachers
3. Temptation
4. Neglect
5. The past
6. Forsaking the church
May we take seriously this warning and hold fast the confession of our hope without waving.

26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
